Wearable objects as critical thinking

Marion Delarue’s work is mainly based on the notion of wearable objects. Because she does not favour any particular material, she is keen on choosing for each project the most appropriate material and developing its properties as much as possible. Fascinated by highly developed techniques, that she uses in a traditional or experimental way, she strives to bring together traditional savoir-faire and contemporaneity; hand-crafted techniques and critical thinking.

Marion Delarue is born in 1986 in France and lives in Paris. She joins the Ecole Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Strasbourg and graduates with a Master in Contemporary jewelry in 2011.
