Greek chic flat is looking for writer_Athens_Plaka_August 2018

Equipped with over 1.000 books on literature in English, German, French and Greek, an astonishing collection of 20 years issues of British Vogue and decorated with original artworks, the 65 sm flat is located in the old heart of Athens, namely Plaka.

Although this is the very down town of touristic Athens, the street is quiet, absolutely safe and not air- bnb-ed. Namely, you will live among locals and even get to know nice neighbors.

The flat is available for one month in August 2018.

Everything is within walking distance: Syntagma, the market of Athena street, Acropolis and the green hills surrounding down town. Tram, metro and buses may connect you to phantastic beaches (20 minutes ride), the port Piraeus or the mountains surrounding Attica. If you love trekking or climbing, Athens offers innumerables opportunities.

A great variety of open air cinemas, the Athens Summer Festival venues, cafes, restaurants, tavernas and wine bars are 3 minutes walk from the flat. You won’t be bored either if you decide to spend your time reading!

Wi-Fi and cable tv are available, as well as a beautiful view of the Acropolis from the flat’s balconies.

The rental is 850,00 Euro for one person/August 2018 or 1.050,00 Euro for two persons plus a refundable 100,00 Euro deposit.
